Digital Advertising Analyst • Digital Ads | Jakarta

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, search engines, display networks, and email marketing.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.

Create engaging and persuasive ad copies, banners, and visual content for digital campaigns.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and content creators, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.

Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising to suggest new strategies and tactics for improved campaign performance.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Digital Ads Analyst / Specialist or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, Lazada Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.

Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus.

Work from the office every day at One Belpark Office Building, Fatmawati, South Jakarta.

Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
