About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing company with retail products spearheading the market and is looking for Digital Marketing Manager to lead the overall digital and online sales initiatives for a newly launched fashion category.
Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the audience
Manage and optimize campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, and display advertising
Plan and the content calendar for digital channels, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling
Analyze and report on performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use data-driven insights to improve campaigns
Oversee the company's social media presence and manage paid social strategies
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling content that reflects the brand's aesthetic
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in overall digital marketing,
preferably within fashion/personal care industry
Strong track record in initiating digital campaigns
targeting female audiences
Experienced in
managing monthly budget of minimum IDR 200,000,000/month is a must.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools & strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing
Proficiency in English is highly preferred
