Description

We’re looking for someone great to join our Analytics Team! Department:

Analytics Location:

Remote Indonesia (Bandung) We’re looking for someone who will help internal and external clients add (complex) tracking and fix issues that arise. You will take initiative to figure things out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting. You should set things up to be practical and provide “good enough data” when the perfect set-up is not available. Strong problem solving is required to break down technical problems into manageable steps and execute. You will be responsible for communicating with internal and external teams to gain buy-in, explain issues, and report progress.

Responsibilities

Implementing conversion tracking (forms, buttons, e-commerce, and related elements)

Verifying and sanity-checking conversion tracking implementations

Debugging tracking issues and fixes

Checking issues with test measurement on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar

Creating customized reports from Analytics and other sources

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance

At least 2 years of experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics GA3/GA4)

Basic knowledge of JavaScript

Proven experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude with strong digital analytics and web traffic metrics understanding

Good knowledge of Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), specifically with Google Analytics

Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, etc.

Experience transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4

Fluent in spoken and written English
