Overview We are a fast‑growing International Construction & Property Development Company in Bali, specialized in luxury villas, residential projects and boutique hospitality. We are looking for a strong, confident Project Architect who can fully control the architectural execution between the planning team and the site team.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for architectural execution from design to handover.

Coordinate all processes between planning team, engineering team, site & construction team, working drawings, shop drawings, and as‑built drawings.

Daily coordination with site managers & contractors.

Clear, confident communication with the site team.

Follow up all decisions until they are fully executed on site.

Monitor and control quality, materials, budget, and timeline.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian building regulations and zoning.

Actively solve technical and coordination problems on site.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as Project Architect / Site Architect.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Strong understanding of basic structural engineering and basic MEP systems.

Construction quality standards, building materials & finishes (local & imported).

Must be confident to lead and instruct the site team.

Strong skills in clear communication, decision‑making, and tracking & controlling execution.

AutoCAD (mandatory).

SketchUp (mandatory).

Experience with luxury villas, residential or hotel projects.

Experience with foreign clients & international standards.

Good knowledge of Bali construction methods.

Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Salary: IDR 6,000,000 – 15,000,000 / month (depending on experience & performance).
