Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Counselor based in Semarang. The School Counselor will provide academic, emotional, and career guidance to students, helping them navigate personal and academic challenges. Key responsibilities include offering individual counseling sessions, collaborating with teachers and parents, delivering workshops or group sessions, and supporting students\' mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling, Counseling, and Career Counseling to guide students academically and personally

Knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health to address and support students' emotional and psychological needs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and faculty effectively

Ability to create and implement supportive programs and activities that foster student growth and well-being

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Previous experience in a school or educational setting is highly desirable

Commitment to working in a multicultural environment and supporting students of diverse backgrounds
