About the Challenges
Are you ready to be the
gatekeeper of our cash flow
and the architect of our procure-to-pay process? As our Finance Sr. Staff, you will manage the end-to-end Account Payable (AP) lifecycle, a function critical to our operational health.
The core challenge lies in balancing the
precision of compliance ; ensuring every transaction adheres strictly to internal SOPs, PSAK, and tax laws (like PPN/PPh 23) with the
speed and efficiency
required for optimized cash management and strong vendor relations. You’ll be navigating complexity, from coordinating across multiple internal departments to managing intricate
Letter of Credit (L/C)
transactions for international imports. If you thrive on detail, love solving reconciliation puzzles, and are driven to continuously improve financial workflows, this is your opportunity to guarantee the integrity and efficiency of our funds.
What Your Day to Day Would Look Like
Develop and execute strategic payment planning to optimize corporate cash flow, prioritizing payments based on urgency and contract terms.
Meticulously review billing documents and transaction records, ensuring strict adherence to internal SOPs, PSAK, and relevant tax regulations (PPN, PPh 23).
Handle the full lifecycle of complex import transactions, including managing Letter of Credit (L/C) mechanisms and coordinating documentation with banks and foreign vendors.
Serve as the crucial link between Procurement, Accounting, and Tax to ensure all documentation (PO, GR/Invoice) and approvals are accurate prior to payment.
Oversee Petty Cash and Employee Cash Advance management, ensuring timely reconciliation and adherence to company policies.
Actively identify areas for optimization within the procure-to-pay workflow and provide guidance or mentoring to junior staff on AP best practices.
Is This You?
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.
At least
3–4+ years
of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with previous experience in the Manufacturing or Electric Vehicle (EV) industry highly valued.
Strong command of financial accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS), especially related to Accounts Payable, and relevant Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 23, PPh 4(2)).
Advanced skill in
Microsoft Excel
&
Google Suit
for complex reconciliation and analysis, and hands‑on experience utilizing major
ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.).
Comprehensive understanding of
Letter of Credit (L/C)
mechanisms (UCP 600) and International Trade Finance documentation.
Proven ability to manage cash flow planning, Petty Cash, Employee Cash Advances, and actively participate in the monthly closing process.
Willingness to work full‑time in an office setting (WFO) at our headquarters in Pasar Rebo, Jakarta, and ability to start immediately.
