Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive assistance to Superior: checking the completion data and documents submitted by each department and store before obtaining management approval
Scheduling meetings for the Superior with the relevant teams
Creating reports and data summaries for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report
Arrange and schedule business travel and all schedule activities daily
Process claim reimbursement in order to all procedure in finance
Create report and provide data summaries to be submitted to Superior
Requirements
Work experience 1-5 years (max. 6 y.o. experiences)
Min. Diploma degree from any major
Detail, proactive, communicative, agile
Proficiency in English both written and verbal also Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
Professional grooming
Retail & Consumer Products 1,001-5,000 employees
