Quantity Surveyor (Contract)

Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the project within the Refinery Unit runs in accordance with the plan already in place. Job Description

Work on the engine detail design and align it with the conceptual design. Develop a specific project procedure for the work to be done. Interpret project requirements, identify and handle design parameters and engineering issues and ensure solutions are implemented. Ensure that all justifications for contract variation during the project can be maintained to support subsequent commercial claims. Engage in evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work throughout the project schedule. Engage and manage third party suppliers / contractors to ensure all equipment and buildings are in line with the objectives. Supports cost control and forecasting activities in engineering disciplines. Ensure that progress updates are a representation of the accuracy of actual physical progress. Analyze the specifications and construction data and perform mathematical calculations to determine the materials, equipment, and human resource requirements for the project schedule. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Civil Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Quantity Surveyor. Hometown in Medan, North Sumatera.
