Usia maksimal 30 tahun (1,2) dan maksimal 40 tahun (3).

Minimal D3/S1 jurusan Teknik Kimia, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Industri, Teknik Perminyakan, Teknik Mekatronika (1)

Minimal SMK sederajat dan wajib memiliki pengalaman serupa (2,3)

Diutamakan memiliki SIO Crane (3)

Sehat jasmani dan rohani (1,2,3)

Tidak bertindik dan bertato (1,2,3)

Bersedia bekerja dalam regular atau shift sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan (1,2,3)

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik (1,2,3)

Multitasking dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan (1,2,3)
