About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketing Representative to join our dynamic team at PT PFI Mega Life Insurance in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's outbound sales initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service. What you’ll be doing

Actively reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell the company's insurance products

Providing detailed information about the features and benefits of our insurance offerings to generate interest and convert leads

Handling incoming customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions in a professional and courteous manner

Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborating with the sales team to identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities

Continuously improving your product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance your performance

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a telemarketing or customer-facing sales role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales

Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes

A results-driven and competitive mindset, with the drive to exceed sales targets

Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
