Role Overview We're seeking ambitious Junior Sales Managers to develop our distribution network and project pipeline. This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for self-motivated sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and recruit new distributors across Indonesia

Develop relationships with architects, developers, and contractors

Generate project leads and convert them into sales

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new distribution partners

Represent our premium Italian brands professionally

Strong sales drive and entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent networking and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of Indonesian construction/tile industry (preferred)

Self-starter who thrives in commission-based structures
