€55,000 Base + €5,000 Bonus (Flexible for exceptional candidates)

A leading innovation-led hospitality group is introducing a contemporary Korean steakhouse concept to the Mediterranean. Set in an inspirational design environment that balances raw and polished materials, offering elevated, interactive dining where guests grill premium cuts at their own table.
We are seeking a commercially sharp and operationally strong
General Manager
to lead this brand-defining launch. This is a high-visibility leadership position within a group that values speed, quality, and no-nonsense execution.
The Role: Strategic & Operational Leadership
Working alongside a strong South Korean Head Chef, you will bridge the gap between world-class culinary execution and premium front-of-house service.
Launch & Brand Definition
Set the Standard: Help define the culture and operational excellence for a successful flagship opening.
Interactive Excellence: Deliver a warm, confident, and upbeat guest experience within a lively, premium interactive dining setting.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational precision at all times.
Commercial & Operational Oversight
Scale Management: Effectively lead a high-volume venue while maintaining an \"elevated dining\" atmosphere.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a close-knit team to deliver fast, attentive service with obsessive attention to detail.
Direct Impact: Report directly to group leadership with high visibility on brand performance and strategic growth.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a leader who is culturally aware and operationally resilient. This role is ideal for an experienced GM from a high-volume premium background or a top-tier F&B Manager ready for their first flagship GM step-up.
Essential Experience:
High-Volume Premium: Proven experience running high volume premium restaurants or lounges.
Concept Exposure: Background in Asian concepts (Korean BBQ, Japanese, Robata, or Grill) or interactive dining is highly preferred.
Operational Agility: Reliable and professional under pressure, with the flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and peak Mediterranean seasons.
Relocation Ready: Proactive mindset with the ability to relocate to the mediterranean; sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Pre-opening Experience: A track record of successful site launches.
European or Global Exposure: Experience in key markets such as London, Dubai, or Singapore.
