Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures for our F&B operations
Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards
Analysing data and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
Providing training and guidance to our F&B teams to uphold quality control best practices
Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and customer service teams to address quality issues
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to ensure our processes align with best practices
Managing a team of quality assurance personnel and fostering a strong quality-focused culture
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or food safety management role, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry
Strong working knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively train and collaborate with teams
Proficiency in data analysis and generating insightful reports to drive continuous improvement
Relevant tertiary qualifications in food science, hospitality management or a related field
Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or other food safety standards is highly desirable
