Digital Marketing Specialist

Role and responsibilities

Plan, execute, and continuously optimize global paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter/X, ASA…) with a strong focus on app installs and active users. Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement, optimizing for KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, funnel conversion. Launch and scale campaigns in multiple regions (SEA, India, US, LATAM…) adapting creatives, targeting, and messaging to local markets. Analyze and report campaign performance using UTM tracking, GA4, Firebase, marketplace dashboards, and generate insights to scale effectively. Work closely with product, creative, and community teams to align campaigns with overall growth strategy. Track market and competitor trends to ensure Herond Labs stays ahead of digital growth and Web3 adoption curves. Provide clear reports, insights, and optimization recommendations to leadership. 2+ years of proven experience running paid install/app campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, programmatic). Hands‑on experience managing multi‑country/global campaigns. Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize accordingly. Creative thinker, able to test new formats, ad creatives, and growth tactics. Detail‑oriented, with excellent time and project management skills. Strong written and spoken English (global team collaboration). Experience in Web3, fintech, gaming, or high‑growth tech is a plus.
