Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cash flow management to support the company’s operational and strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and group reporting policies.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management.
Manage the audit process (internal and external), ensuring smooth coordination with auditors and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement strong internal controls and financial procedures across business units.
Qualifications
Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting.
Strong knowledge of P&L, costing, balance sheet, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Demonstrated leadership qualities: integrity, accountability, and the ability to lead under pressure.
Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
