Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring construction projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution
Gather and analyse project data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships
Prepare progress reports and other project documentation as required
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies and contract management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, and data analysis tools
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
