Senior Growth Marketing and Communication Officer INDICO is a digital technology subsidiary company of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). Moving forward, INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel's digital businesses. Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition.

Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing tactics and identify new growth opportunities.

Develop and oversee comprehensive communication plans that enhance brand visibility and reinforce our market position.

Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure a unified approach in reaching and engaging customers.

Leverage digital marketing platforms and tools to optimize campaign performance and boost ROI.

Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, improving engagement through various digital channels.

Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance collaboration and achieve campaign goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, communication, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or digital industry.

Proven experience in leading teams.

Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.

A passion for emerging digital trends and innovative marketing practices.
