We are partnering with a well-established, European diagnostics company to appoint a Global Chief Executive Officer. This is a rare opportunity to lead a purpose-driven organisation with a strong scientific foundation, expanding international footprint, and significant growth potential.

The CEO will have full global P&L responsibility and lead the next phase of strategic and commercial growth. Reporting to the Board, you will set the vision, shape strategy, and ensure operational excellence across regions while strengthening the company’s market position in diagnostics.

Responsibilities Define and execute the global corporate and commercial strategy Drive sustainable revenue growth and margin expansion across international markets Lead and optimise global operations, supply chain, and organisational performance Build and inspire a high-performing executive leadership team Partner closely with the Board on strategy, governance, and long-term value creation Represent the company externally with customers, partners, investors, and key stakeholders

Requirements Proven experience as a CEO (or equivalent top executive role) within diagnostics, life sciences, medtech, or healthcare Strong track record in commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and international expansion Deep understanding of operations, scaling organizations, and performance management Strategic, hands-on leader with the credibility to lead at Board level International mindset with experience operating across multiple European and global markets.
