About the role
Elitez Pte Ltd is helping a client in the Printing industry (Brother International), trying to find a driven and ambitious Corporate Sales Executive to join their team on a contract basis in Cikarang & Tangerang.
What you'll be doing
Achieve aggressive monthly and annual sales targets through active hunting and new account acquisition
Build a strong opportunity pipeline by continuously prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and market mapping
Win tenders by preparing competitive, accurate and timely submissions
Drive strategic penetration into key verticals (corporate, government, education, logistics, manufacturing, etc).
Expand wallet share through cross‑selling and upselling solutions; MPS, DMS, labeling, and printing systems
Demonstrate high ownership, field presence, and proactive coordination from pre‑sales to project handover
What we're looking for
Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, IT or any related field
Conversational English
3-5 years of B2B sales with proven hunter traits (fresh graduates with strong sales skills may be considered)
Proven track record of achieving targets and closing new accounts – not only managing existing ones
Familiarity with tender processes is highly preferred
Understanding of B2B buying cycles, procurement processes, and project based sales
Ability to craft persuasive proposals and tenders
Good commercial acumen to position pricing and solutions competitively
Solid Excel and PPT skills to support analysis and presentations
