IP LAW FIRM is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Business Development professional to join their team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic intellectual property initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new intellectual property-related business opportunities

Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, ensuring commercial viability and legal compliance

Provide advice and guidance to internal teams on intellectual property matters

Collaborate with the legal team to ensure proper protection and enforcement of the company's intellectual property rights

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects

Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in intellectual property business development or a related field

Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations

Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities

Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Familiarity with the local business landscape and industry trends

Fluent in English is a must
