Product Training Supervisor at BYD Indonesia
Job Summary
BYD Indonesia is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Training Supervisor to play a key role in developing and delivering impactful product training programs. You will be responsible for the entire training lifecycle, from needs assessment and curriculum development to implementation, evaluation, and optimization.
Job Descriptions:
Design, implement, assess, and continuously improve training programs for BYD's product line.
Analyze market data, identify industry trends, and research competitors to ensure training stays relevant and impactful.
Maintain a deep understanding of BYD products, features, and functionalities.
Empower front-line sales personnel through technical support and in-store product guidance, enhancing customer interactions.
Partner with marketing teams to leverage training initiatives and product knowledge for effective product promotion.
Deliver training sessions effectively, engage diverse audiences, and clearly communicate technical information.
Manage product training projects efficiently, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Utilize data and feedback to continually evaluate and optimize training programs for maximum effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Automation major preferred).
At least have 3 years of experience in automotive-related training or the automotive industry.
Excellent training and teaching skills to deliver impactful presentations.
Strong research, analysis, content production, and curriculum development skills to create engaging training materials.
Excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license (mandatory).
Proficiency in operating MS Office suite and video editing/shooting software for multimedia training content creation.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus).
