Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

Update job descriptions, KPIs and SOPs across divisions

Coordinate meetings, track projects and ensure cross-department alignment.

Oversee performance appraisals and employee development.

Foster a structured, supportive and growth-oriented work culture.

Maintain HR records, policies and provide HR reporting.

Qualifications

2+ years experience as HR Supervisor or leading HR projects.

Degree in Law, HR Management or Psychology preferred.

Skilled in performance appraisal, KPI and SOP management.

Excellent coordination, communication and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented, reliable and proactive.

Plus points to candidates who have experience working in the Food & Beverages Industry.
