Looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Solution Architect to lead the design and optimisation of enterprise-level Workfront environments. This is a long-term opportunity to architect scalable solutions, build advanced workflows and automation, and ensure Workfront fully supports complex project, portfolio, and operational needs.

Responsibilities Lead Workfront architecture, governance, and system optimisation initiatives Design and enhance workflows, request queues, custom forms, reports, dashboards, and templates Build advanced automations and integrations using Workfront Fusion Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions Conduct platform audits, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive performance improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and reporting Establish best practices, documentation standards, and technical governance frameworks

Requirements Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration and architecture Strong expertise in Adobe Workfront Fusion, including API integrations Proven ability to design scalable workflows and enterprise-grade system solutions Experience with governance, documentation, and enterprise platform management Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have Adobe Workfront certifications Experience integrating with Adobe Experience Cloud Background in marketing operations, PMO environments, or enterprise workflow design
