Job Overview Join SoftwareOne’s Project Management team as a

Project Manager

and lead customer engagements to deliver complex IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations. You will work closely with architects, consultants, analysts, and specialists, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendor partners, to ensure project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality thresholds.

Lead and support project teams, facilitating resource allocation, regular meetings, and effective communication.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and project artefacts.

Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure financially healthy outcomes.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Identify and develop new opportunities within current projects, supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment.

Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the project management community.

Job Requirements

Experience in project management, preferably delivering complex IT solutions in a consulting environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects using structured methodologies (e.g., pmOne, PMP, Prince2, Agile, SCRUM).

Excellent problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PSA, ServiceNow, CRM systems).

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong business acumen and ability to drive process improvement and change management.
