About the Role We are seeking a Legal Associate to join our legal team in Indonesia. This role will mainly cover transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial document drafting and reviewing for both our client's regulated CFD and forex business in Indonesia.

Responsibilities Provide legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents Support day-to-day corporate governance matters and internal legal requirements Work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal issues Assist in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Support ad-hoc legal projects as required by the business Conduct basic legal research and English-language legal research, particularly in common law jurisdictions such as North America

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice in Indonesia is preferred 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a law firm and/or in-house environment Strong experience in corporate and commercial law Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken) , Mandarin Chinese (oral) proficiency is preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
