Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager for Bokashi in Pererenan. This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and managing a team dedicated to providing outstanding service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining high standards in food and beverage services, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for staff recruitment, training, and maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications

Minimum

3–5 years of experience

as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a

busy restaurant or lifestyle dining concept

Strong background in

Japanese / Asian cuisine

operations is highly preferred

Proven experience in

managing daily operations , including floor service, kitchen coordination, and guest experience

Excellent

leadership and people management

skills; able to train, motivate, and discipline team members

Solid knowledge of

service standards, SOP implementation, and quality control

Strong understanding of

P&L, cost control, inventory management, and budgeting

Experienced in

staff scheduling , manpower planning, and productivity optimization

Ability to handle

guest complaints and VIP guests

professionally and effectively

Strong communication skills in

English

(spoken and written)

Able to work in a

fast-paced environment , including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and operational maturity
