Job Description Summary
Open to international candidates/expats. Work permit sponsorship will be provided (subject to eligibility). Oversee the operations of different hospitality projects including apartments or luxury residences. This role requires a strong hospitality-driven mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to deliver exceptional resident experience while driving operational excellence and asset value.
Job Description
About the Role:
Lead the operational management of different hospitality projects such as, upscale and/or luxury residential and serviced apartment assets, ensuring five-star hospitality standards across all touchpoints.
Oversee daily operations including concierge services, facilities management, housekeeping, and front-of-house excellence.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while optimizing operational efficiency and service quality.
Implement resident engagement initiatives, events, strong relationship management and conflict resolution to strengthen community and long-term occupancy.
Collaborate closely with ownership to enhance asset value, brand positioning, and long-term strategic performance.
About You
Preferably having a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business, Communication or related field; overseas academic exposure is an advantage.
5–10+ years of experience in luxury hotels, serviced apartments, or premium residential property management.
Strong understanding of guest experience standards, service recovery, and high-end customer engagement.
Confident communicator with executive presence and the ability to represent the property to high-net-worth residents and stakeholders.
Multilingual capability (English preferred) with refined interpersonal and presentation skills. Additional languages such as Mandarin, etc. are also appreciated.
