Role summary You will define and evolve enterprise and business architecture, assess architecture maturity, analyze the organization and its information systems portfolio, and translate strategy into actionable, multi-year architecture plans. Tasks & responsibilities Define architectural vision and elaborate target architecture. Develop and enhance enterprise architecture. Support implementation of the architecture. Conduct architecture maturity assessments. Analyze organizational structures, enterprise business processes, and information systems portfolio. Create business architecture models aligned to strategy and goals. Ensure alignment between project/program strategies and business drivers/priorities. Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities. Research and propose improvements to operations. Provide guidance on business architecture and systems processing. Create and implement a business vision and multi-year roadmap. Requirements Master’s degree in IT (or relevant discipline) and

13+ years

of relevant IT experience. 2+ years

in architecture and design of information systems. 2+ years

in development of information systems. 2+ years

with UML and/or CASE tools. 2+ years

as Product Owner in an agile software development process. Experience with relational databases and web technologies. Experience with Agile software development practices (refactoring, TDD, user story modelling). Good knowledge of enterprise architecture and business process analysis. Knowledge of software maturity models. Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g.,

TOGAF ,

COBIT ) and practical experience building models based on such frameworks. Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as

ArchiMate

and

BPMN . Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools. Nice to have Banking sector experience, especially related to resolution activities. Participation in developing crisis management application(s). Notes for candidates Please share: Confirmation of
