Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Life Planner for an on‑site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Life Planner will be responsible for advising clients on insurance and financial planning, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role involves engaging in sales and marketing activities to expand the client base, ensuring client satisfaction, and building strong relationships to assist them in achieving financial stability and wealth goals. Regular collaboration with colleagues and participation in training programs to enhance professional expertise is expected. Commission Based.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and skills in Insurance and General Insurance, including the ability to offer tailored advice and solutions based on client needs.

Proficiency in Sales and Marketing with a focus on client acquisition and retention strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build long‑term client relationships.

Proactive, results‑driven, and capable of working in a team‑oriented environment.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications in insurance or financial planning will be an advantage.
