Personal Banking Portfolio & Engagement Specialist

Prepare & monitor Personal Banking Portfolio data and provide insight based on the portfolio data across channel and products. Support management with performance and key drivers result update to ensure alignment with strategic objective in business update/ review/ presentation

Initiate and coordinate on the planning and deployment of personal banking customers program focusing increase AUM program, product holding and customers engagement on banking products and service

Collaborate with cross functions units to drive personal banking business growth through activities, programs and projects

Analyze market/competitor trend, customer behavior to identify opportunities and risk and improve personal banking competitiveness

Work together with related banks stakeholders on projects on portfolio activities and program to increase product holding, AUM, revenue through various banking products and services
