Key Responsibilities

Overall 10+ years of IT experience with 7 + years of experience working in ServiceNow platform with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management

Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile and other industry standard frameworks for portfolio and project management

Proven experience in leading cross functional teams in a fast paced, complex environment

Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile and other industry standard frameworks for portfolio and project management

Proven experience in leading cross functional teams in a fast paced, complex environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM suite (Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management and Project Portfolio Management)

Expertise in ServiceNow ITBM (IT Business Management) module and related tools

Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, API Integrations and Web Services (REST/SOAP)

Advanced reporting and dashboard creation in ServiceNow using Performance Analytics and other reporting tools

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – PPM preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years experience in ServiceNow development

Experience in SPM implementation

Strong communication and coordination skills

Problem-solving and analytical thinking
