JR2025127290It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.• Performs circulation service of the LRC.• (Borrowing, Returning, Overdue, Fines, Lost, Damage, & Due date modification)• Performs daily activities in the library regarding the book collections in the library.• Supports in monitoring the LRC public computer.• Maintains circulation file/s, record/s, statistic/s, and generates report/s as required.• Provides weekly circulation report.• Provides basic computer and cataloging assistance.• Compiles lists of overdue materials and notifies borrowers that their materials are overdue.• Records and maintains all documents related to LRC programs.• Provides information of library facilities, resources, equipment, and policies.• Keeps records of circulation and materials.• Puts the books back in their specific shelves on a daily basis.• Conducts stock checks including repair and renewal and replacement of stocks.• Management Support Activities:o Suggests improvement processes related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)o Performs activities related to Quality Management Systemo Performs additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement:• Diploma Degree (D3), or• University student (6th semester)Work Exposure/ Experience:No working experienceIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
