Job Role As an Account Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and identify opportunities for business expansion. This role requires a hands‑on, customer‑facing professional who can combine relationship management, market awareness, and strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.

Develop business opportunities within the existing client base to expand services.

Explore and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.

Monitor market trends and identify potential customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams (Administration, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer data analysis.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Minimum D3 in any major.

Experience: 3–4 years in Consumer Goods or F&B Sales, selling food services.

Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Professional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand customer needs and present persuasive solutions.

Personal Qualities: Honest, disciplined, responsible, and adaptable to changing market needs.

Language Skills: Basic English for communication.
