Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the creative process from concept to final execution.

Direct and mentor the design team to deliver high-quality creative outputs.

Develop creative concepts, visual guidelines, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Stay updated on design trends and push creative innovation.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in creative or design roles, with at least 1–2 years leading a team.

Having work experience in the beauty or personal care industry

Strong portfolio showcasing art direction and visual storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and team spirit.
