As much as we’re going to miss our Combo Chief Engineer, who is moving up to an international chain hotel as Cluster Director of Engineering, the show must go on. Now, maybe it’s also time for you to have that chance, to grow together with us as we continue our journey forward. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Combo Chief Engineer to join our team, someone who will make our hotel part of their life’s story and grow alongside the amazing individuals in our properties. Role Lead the entire Engineering team and manage all hotel maintenance operations Ensure all hotel systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Safety) run safety and efficiently Develop and manage the preventive maintenance program Manage the department budget, energy usage, and contractor service Ensure all work complies with government safety regulations (K3)

Requirements Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer, preferably in the hotel industry Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
