Job Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the hotel or hospitality industry Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Excellent network within corporate, government, travel agent, and MICE segments Strong understanding of sales strategy, market analysis, and revenue generation Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset Able to work independently as well as lead and collaborate with a team Good analytical, reporting, and presentation skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) Familiar with the Manado market is an advantage
