KOL Specialist - US Expansion

As our KOL Specialist for the US Market, you will take the lead in driving creator-led growth by building impactful influencer partnerships that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our business expansion in the United States.

You will be at the center of our influencer ecosystem—spotting trends, building strategic collaborations, and turning creative ideas into measurable results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do Develop KOL Strategies Create and execute end-to-end influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives, campaign goals, and US audience insights. KOL Research & Outreach Identify, evaluate, and approach relevant KOLs across key categories such as beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and beyond for the US market. Partnership & Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and agencies to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial collaborations. Trend & Market Analysis Keep up with the latest US influencer marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements to keep Glad2Glow ahead of the curve. Performance Tracking & Reporting Set clear KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and deliver data-driven insights for continuous optimization.

What We’re Looking For Minimum

1 year of experience

in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related roles. Fluent in English

(spoken and written) is a

must . Strong understanding of

TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate platforms . Experience handling

beauty brand promotion

on social media is a strong advantage. Passionate about the

beauty industry ; prior exposure to beauty or consumer goods is preferred. Fast learner, proactive, and thrives in a

fast-paced environment .
