We are looking for a motivated

Business Development Supervisor

to support the expansion of our premium kitchen appliance business across the Jakarta region. The role will focus on developing dealer networks, expanding market presence, and achieving regional sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand

dealer and distributor networks

across Jakarta. Identify new

business opportunities and retail partners

in the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with

dealers, distributors, and key accounts . Monitor regional

sales performance and market trends . Work closely with internal teams to ensure

product availability, promotions, and marketing activities . Support showroom development and

brand presence

in the local market. Achieve assigned

sales targets and business development objectives . Requirements

Minimum

3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales . Experience in the

home appliance industry

is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of

dealer network development and channel management . Familiar with the

Jakarta market and distribution channels . Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Competitive salary and
