What your current role should be like
Collaborating with the marketing and analytics teams to manage customer campaigns, retention strategies, and user engagement programs
Utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to implement and track performance for all CRM-related initiatives
Managing customer data to generate actionable insights, improve targeting, and enhance campaign effectiveness
Executing personalized in-app user journeys, email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaigns to improve customer retention and loyalty
Supporting cross-functional teams with data and reports to optimize business decisions
What will you do?
Develop and execute CRM strategies to boost customer retention and engagement rates
Analyze CRM campaign performance to optimize and scale efforts for maximum ROI
Partner with the product and analytics teams to integrate user insights into customer communication strategies
Act as the point of contact for CRM-related queries, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns
Maintain and improve the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4-5 years of CRM experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup or e-commerce environment
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across teams
Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
