Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities : • Prepare and maintain daily and/or weekly journal entries • Involve in monthly financial closing process, including all journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation • Review the completion and compliance of all supporting documents • Participate in the ongoing development of accounting system and policies • Liaise with external auditors to ensure data preparation and compliance • Collaborate with other team for inquiry and data gathering • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or related field • Min. 2 years relevant working experience, preferably with retail or e-commerce background • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and experience working within full cycle of the closing process • Good understanding of basic taxation knowledge • Ability to gather data logically and accurately • Possess a can-do attitude, attention to detail and good time management skills • Experience working with general ledger system • Excellent in Microsoft Excel • Effective communication in English • Available to work from office (Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta) • Able to join immediately
