Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, data science or related field

1-2 years of experience in Business Strategy, Partnerships, or Corporate Development.

Proactive, persistent, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

Proven ability to coordinate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong in project management.

Structured thinking & communication skills – research, ideation, creation, presentation, discussion, interpretation, coordination (with the ability to present clearly to executives and external stakeholders), used to formulize from ideation to Business Plan creation

Experience working with a detail‑focused or hands‑on leader is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

Fluency in Bahasa and English (Other regional languages would be advantage)

2 Years work experiences in Business (IT industry would be advantage)
