Solusiku is a data driven consumer FinTech Company based in Jakarta, Indonesia, already registered and supervised by OJK No. KEP-28/D.05/2021. The company combines state of art big data technology with Capital 1 style risk pricing models, and uses data technology to connect consumers to financial institutions and channel partners through an open consumer credit ecosystem. The company offers Indonesia borrowers easy access to credit and a drastically improved loan application experience.
Now we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
Can quickly understand business models and relevant financial logic, familiar with P2P industry is preferred;
Familiar with Indonesia's laws and regulations for accounting and taxation, and be fully responsible for the company's daily financial work, including financial decisions, document review, bank account management, data verification and reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements, etc;
Familiar with Indonesia's preferential tax policies, review tax declaration, prepare tax planning, and evaluate the company's tax payment situation to provide reasonable suggestions;
Cooperate with the company’s business department, compliance department and HO to outline the data analysis support and other temporary data support required for decision-making;
Analyst financial information to improve or determine financial or even company’s decision;
Preparation of internal and external audit schedules and reports, make sure the financial conditions meet the regulators’ requirement;
Familiar with Indonesia's preferential tax policies, review tax declaration, prepare tax planning is preferred;
Other assignments if any.
Requirements
Required language(s): English is a Must;
Foreign companies, and overseas work experience is preferred;
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting background; At least 4 years of working experience as finance/accounting Manager, preferable experience in Finance Industry;
Strong Analytical Thinking, Detail Orientation, Good Communication Skill;
Understand about Tax Planning, Having Tax Brevet A, B and C is preferred;
Strong leadership and management skill, have ability to handle different problems in a start-up company and willing to grow with the company;
Willing to work overtime when required;
