We are seeking a highly driven and
Head of Operations
to lead and optimize our store's operational performance. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent customer experience across all stores, and supporting the company’s growth and expansion plans.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the annual operational budget, forecast for store expansion, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
Design and execute short, mid, and long‑term operational strategies aligned with company vision and industry trends.
Oversee the implementation of SOPs and achievement of OKRs (sales, COGS, store ratings, customer satisfaction, audits) across all stores through Operation Managers.
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize workflows for higher productivity.
Partner with Site Development and Project Teams to ensure smooth and successful new store openings (pre‑opening, soft opening, grand opening).
Work with Growth/Brand Teams to execute promotional strategies and ensure brand consistency across all stores.
Collaborate with Quality Control/Assurance Teams to maintain product quality standards from Central Kitchen to store operations.
Partner with Human Resources Teams to ensure effective workforce planning, recruitment, and training aligned with operational needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Management, Business, or a related field.
8–10 years of proven experience as Head of Operations.
Strong background in the Food & Beverages or Fast‑Food Restaurant is highly prioritized.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing operational strategies, managing OKRs, and preparing performance reports.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple store operations effectively.
Solid understanding of F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and business acumen.
Knowledge of quality standards, food safety regulations, and related compliance requirements.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and drive performance toward business goals.
Critical thinking and sound decision‑making abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
