Sales & Marketing Banquet

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Banquet position at La Balena Restaurant, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies to drive banquet and event bookings, providing exceptional customer service to current and potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth execution of events. The individual will also assist in training team members and managing the sales process to meet and exceed business targets.

Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and achieving targets Identify and develop new client prospects (corporate, event organizer, wedding, individual) Attend meetings/negotiations with clients for catering offers Develop proposals according to client needs Create weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reports Follow up with clients until closing Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
