Staff / Head Merchandiser

Ensure the effective and efficient merchandising of all product categories in assigned stores, adhering to company standards and guidelines Collaborate with store managers and teams to develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies Monitor and maintain stock levels, product availability, and optimal product placement to drive sales and customer satisfaction Identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement in product presentation and store layout Assist in the execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate implementation Provide excellent customer service and support to store staff, addressing any queries or concerns related to merchandising Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on merchandising activities and performance Head

Strategy & Analysis: Analyze market trends and sales performance to determine product strategy (fast-moving/slow-moving/dead stock), competitive pricing, and promotions. Stock Planning & Purchasing: Plan purchasing, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with suppliers/factories. Visual & Product Management: Develop visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistent and attractive product presentation. Vendor Negotiation: Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional support. Reporting: Create margin reports, sales forecasts, and analyze product performance. Team Leadership: Guide the merchandiser team and ensure effective strategy execution in the field. Qualification
