Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase the company's market share and revenue Managing a team of sales professionals and providing mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their individual and team goals Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate corrective measures Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure the company's compliance and competitiveness What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management or marketing management role, preferably in the relevant industry Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Familiarity with the local market and understanding of the competitive landscape Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technologies A team player with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team What we offer
