Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Admin & Warehouse to join our operations team at PT Secom Indonesia. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in supporting warehouse activities and administrative operations, particularly in the Bekasi and Karawang (KIIC) areas.

This position is essential to ensuring smooth warehouse workflow, accurate data management, and administrative support — including communication related to international procurement.

What you'll be doing

Handle daily in & out equipment transactions in the warehouse, including receiving, issuing, and documentation.

Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system.

Coordinate and schedule equipment servicing with external vendors.

Serve as PIC for SIM card administration, including requests, replacements, and monitoring.

Provide administrative support for the Maintenance team at the KIIC (Karawang) office.

Assist with procurement-related tasks, including communication for international procurement when required.

Support operational reporting and ensure all documentation is properly maintained.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support roles.

English proficiency is required, especially for handling communication related to international procurement.

Familiarity with ERP systems or willingness to learn.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Willing to work Karawang (KIIC) office.

Able to start immediately.
