We are looking for a

Senior Product Manager – Ads

to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our advertising and monetization products.

Role Overview

You will own and scale our advertising product ecosystem — including sponsored listings, ranking algorithms, advertiser tools, and performance-based monetization features. This role requires a strong balance of product thinking, data analytics, marketplace economics, and revenue optimization.

You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Marketing teams to build impactful ad solutions that create value for both advertisers and users.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the Ads & Monetization product strategy and roadmap Develop and optimize sponsored listings, boost features, and ad placements Design advertiser-facing tools (dashboard, performance tracking, budgeting features) Improve auction/bidding mechanisms and pricing models Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ARPU, ROAS, LTV) Run A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize revenue and user experience Balance monetization growth with platform trust and user experience Collaborate with sales/commercial teams to understand advertiser needs Lead and mentor product managers (if applicable)

Requirements

6–10+ years of Product Management experience in tech companies Proven experience managing: Ads platform / monetization product / growth product Marketplace or two-sided platform economics Strong understanding of: Digital advertising ecosystem Auction models & bidding systems Performance marketing metrics Search & ranking systems Highly data-driven with hands-on experience in A/B testing Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills Experience working with high-traffic consumer platforms is highly preferred
