We're Hiring: Human Resource Manager Location: PIK 2 — Full Time On-site

What You'll Do Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Handle full-cycle hiring process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with company regulations. Oversee employee administration, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation. Focus on employee maintaining & retention strategies to build a positive and productive work environment. Organize and manage employee activities such as team building, engagement programs, and internal events. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Address employee concerns and foster healthy communication across departments.

What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related role. Strong understanding of recruitment, labor regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally. Proactive and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

Compensation Starting IDR 5 million / month (based on experience & qualifications)
