Graphic Designer

Description

Design and produce graphics for all Boutique Bars venues, including event artwork, social media assets, menus, posters, flyers, and digital collaterals.

Develop visual concepts aligned with each venue's brand identity while maintaining consistency across the group.

Work closely with the Art Director and Marketing teams to execute creative direction efficiently.

Handle artwork adaptation for multiple formats (print, digital, videotron, signage, etc.).

Support day-to-day design requests, urgent event assets, and campaign visuals.

Ensure that brand guidelines are applied consistently across all touchpoints.

Qualification

3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or agency environments.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and a basic understanding of After Effects.

Strong visual sense, layout composition, typography, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask across multiple venues and deadlines.

Strong communication, creative thinking, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

A design portfolio is mandatory for the application.

Online portfolios should be submitted along with resumé.
